Center Meeting House

Center Meeting House's Events Chair Gloria Whelan, with her co-chair Diana Morris, spoke to the crowd at the August 15th, 2009 Gala held at the Stone Barn on Hwy. 103A.  The Gala was part of a weekend of events that included the Gala and a Historic Homes Tour of eight unique homes in Newbury, NH.

Gloria and Diana have reported that 235 people attended the Gala and almost 600 people visited the eight homes that were opened for viewing along with the Center Meeting House itself.  So many people helped with this event it is almost impossible to count or to thank them all.  Keep watching this site for further notice on this subject.  Please be sure that we thank you all for your involvement in making these events such amazing successes.

While Diana and Gloria shared overall responsibility for planning and implementation of the whole event, they would like to point out that Judy Healey and Joy Nowell were co-chairs of the Gala.  There will be more on this subject on this site in the near future.  Keep checking on us!
