Center Meeting House

On Sunday July 26, 2009 at 1 pm Center Meeting House held its Annual Meeting in the Newbury town offices. The main item of business was to elect three members of the board of directors.  CMH bylaws require three of the nine board members to be elected at its Annual Meeting each year.  The necessary quorum of members was present and the meeting elected the following members to three year terms: William Weiler, Douglas Whelan and Daniel Wolf.

The other members serving on the board are Alice Lynn, Mary Marzelli, Chuck Kennedy, Barbara Steward, Claire Vannatta, and Linda Plunkett.

Dan Wolf outlined activities of the board during the recently completed year and Doug Whelan presented a review of the organization's finances in the absence of the treasurer, Claire Vannatta.

The meeting was adjourned at 2 pm.
